How We Protect Your Account and Data

Account Verification

Before your first withdrawal, we verify your identity using your legal name, date of birth and address on file. This protects against fraud and meets local payment regulations. Verification usually takes under 2 hours.

Password and Login

Your password is encrypted end-to-end. We never store it in plain text. Enable two-factor authentication in Settings to add a second layer of security to your account access.

Data Retention

We keep your account records for the duration of your membership plus seven years for legal and tax compliance. You can request deletion of personal data where local law permits by emailing our Data Officer.

Dispute Resolution

If you dispute a bet result or a withdrawal, open a ticket in your account or email [email protected]. We investigate within 48 hours and refer unresolved disputes to our independent arbitrator.
